Q2 Local I-O Group forum: Building I-O Communities Beyond US Borders

There is a big, beautiful world out there, so let’s talk about communities our fellow I-O friends have built outside the US. In this session, we will be chatting with representatives from the Society of People Analytics (SPA) that started in August 2024 and already has 18 (!) international chapters. Come find out how they did it. There is something we can all learn from their success. 

We will also be talking with the co-founder of SIOP Sri Lanka D. P. J. Amila Patabandhi to learn about their newly formed organization. We will talk about the successes as well as the challenges and attendees will gain insights around how to navigate cultural differences and nuances, amplifying the global voice of I-O Psychology.
